Introduction. Technologies related to the use of low-temperature atmospheric plasmas are developing at a rapid pace. Creation new plasma sources for specific applications requires monitoring dynamic processes in such discharges with high time resolution. Electron concentration is one most important characteristics, which can be very low pressure plasma. However, methods currently available diagnostics gas-discharge either characterized by insufficient sensitivity or unable monitor non-stationary discharges. In this regard, development diagnostic approaches seems relevant research direction. Aim. To develop method an gas temperature and electron cylindrical microwave resonator. Materials methods. The proposed based on well-known principle measuring frequency shift Q-factor eigenmodes resonator, inside under study located. Results.
